Our Hire Terms are clearly displayed on the reverse side of every delivery and contract document. Should you require a complete set, please write to us at the above address, or alternatively e-mail us.

Hire Products and Rates Policy

Within this site we have described a range of products and services offered for hire subject to availability. However, circumstances may lead us to offering alternative equipment, all of which are leading brands and have passed our machine approvals policy. While every care and attention has been taken to describe the equipment and hire rates in detail, customers are advised to check with our experienced staff at the time of hire. All hire rates quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at current rates.

Delivery and Collection Service

We can deliver and collect hired equipment usually within the hour, depending on your location. Our collection/delivery  rates are very reasonable and we can quote you exact rates if requested.

Fuel

We will normally fill the machine with fuel for your convenience. The charge will depend on the machine being hired but charges can be avoided if the machine if filled by the customer before return.

Payment Terms

Credit account can be opened if required. Should you require credit facilities our accounts staff will be happy to explain the procedure involved.

                   Credit Cards. All major Credit cards accepted.

Cheques We will also accept an open cheque payable to HIREQUIP LTD and crossed &CO. This will be held in a secure area until the goods are returned off hire. At this stage the cheque will be made out for the required sum.

Cash Deposits are also acceptable and these will normally be approx. equivalent to 2 weeks hire. on return the hire charges are deducted and the balance returned.

Identification

We will normally request two form of identification from new customers. Ideally these should show your Name, address and give photo I.D. E.g Drivers Licence etc.

Damages & Losses

Our policy on damages is concise:-

 'If you break it (or lose it) you've bought it'

The Hirer is responsible for machinery whilst it is off our premises. Any losses are the responsibility of the Hirer and will be charged to the Hirer.
